    AK2They replaced the transmission in my V trying to fix the vibration problem. Not only did this not fix it, but the new transmission leaks fluid onto the exhaust system while driving, causing plumes of smoke to come out from behind the car. I took it in again telling them to check the trans leak, and they said it was because it was overfilled and they reset it to the right level. This did not fix the problem either; it still leaks fluid and smokes. The underside of the car and my garage floor is a mess. They are also very bad about communicating anything. My car has spent weeks in their garage for various problems.
    Christian9I took my CTS-V in for radiator leak, engine whine, and scratched radio buttons as well as inspect for Recall Items. They gave me a loaner vehicle while they repaired all items quickly, efficiently, and kindly.

    LivingtheDream8Put in a new rear end with no questions, did charge $50 to remove and reinstall aftermarket exhaust. Good long term people. Always informed, always given a car, never gone back for something fixed once.
