Would not recommend anyone to EVER purchase or lease a vehicle through them. They are only concerned about the sale, and not the customer. They failed to disclose damage to the vehicle, and then when discovered upon delivery after signing paperwork, refused to give us a new vehicle or take off money, and would only repair which involved body work and paint work to a brand new 2006 Cadillac Escalade with MSRP of $64,070. They were very unprofessional, and in trying to fix the damage, additional damage was done. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM PINE BELT AUTOMOTIVE INC - aka, Pine Belt Cadillac in Toms River, NJ.
