|Jhurrell||2||No experience with the service department but don't trust any of the salesman including the sales manager. Asked about repaired damage on a "new" 2005 CTS-V that obviously had been poorly repainted on the right rear quarter panel(tape edge on inside of the rear door, overspray on roof edge, buffing compound in the fuel fill recess) and the salesmen swore repeatedly the car had never been repaired or repainted. The sales manager, Michael, was especially arrogant and eventually admitted that it had been repainted but claimed they did not have to disclose it even when I had asked about it. He is either unaware of or does not care about Sec. 9993 of the CA Vehicle code. I complained to Cadillac customer service about this but I'm doubtful anything will be done.
|Richard||1||Took car in because engine died in freeway, and stayed dead. Dealer burnt out Check Engine light and then charged me $275 to replace it. Car went 3.5 miles towards home then died with same issue. Called dealer and told to call 800 number for a Cadillac tow. Wife bought me a sweater while waiting with car sitting in turn lane on El Camino. Fixed several days later.|
