They refused to provide loaner vehicle per Cadillac policy. I spoke with owner, Mr. Dorman, he said he did not consider me one of "his" customers since the vehicle had been purchased new from another dealership. I asked him if he wanted my business in the future; he responded "no I do not want your business if you don't buy your vehicle from my dealership. This owner/dealer came across as very arrogant and definitely not interested or caring about customer service. Mr. Dorman does not represent the ideals or accumen of a good business owner and I will probably not purchase another Cadillac product because of this bad experience. I now have my CTS serviced at the Bleeker GM dealer in the same area and I am very happy and pleased with their topnotch service. 910-296-6696.
