    Dealer notes:Charged 5hr labor for 1hr 20min work, 3rd time crank sensors have been replaced. Car stoped running a mile after leaving dearship. shop broke lower dash pad complained. was told its was already broke. Had car valued for trade in was told I was black listed and to buy my new car somwhere else and Im to be turned away for service repairs...WOW filed complaint At Cadillac Had another dealer try to get the car I wanted but Claude Nolan would not sell to them either

    lee1Got my new caddy at massey in orlando 9/08. Claude Nolan is not customer friendly and ripping off its customers.
    David1Review: complained to Bill Sheffield about repair that failed was blacklisted for complaining to dealership, was told to repair and buy my new cadillac somwhere else. I went to Massey in orlando for my new caddy.Gm was unable to resolve issue as dealer was not willing to do anything.shame on you Claude Nolan Cadillac.
    Dave10James Zawacki was awsome. All the staff was great and meet a salesmen David Rome he was nice to show me the new Cts-v Coupe. Stayed in service lounge for awhile and it was clean, neat and informative.

At the end of the day it wasn't ready and told me it would be ready the next day when I called about the update. Next day wasn't ready again and the third day I called the manager he basically told me its not their fault and wasn't their problem.
