I had to buy new rear tires at 5,000 miles, as inside of tread wore excessively due to overinflation by dealer or factory. Dealer blamed excessive wear on driving habits, but refused to acknowledge uneven wear patter | George Doris | 10 | Excellent Salesperson, knowledgeable about the car, easy to work with. | Orlando Huguet | 1 | This is the second time in less than four months I have taken my car for the same thing i.e. air bag sensor. On both occassion I was told that the system was checked ok. However, the indicator light continues to go off. This time the service advisor says that according to the service manager they cant fix it without a code indicating a problem. However, if you look at your own invoice it says per the Tech that worked on the car "Erased Code" System okay. If your employees continue to "erase the code" indicating the problem, how are you going to fix the problem!!!!! This is unacceptable service and unprofessional. Why is my time and money being wasted on me having to come back over and over again to address a problem that should have been fixed the first time around!!!! Unacceptable. |
