Dealer notes:This dealership claims to have award winning service. I've taken my Cadillac to this shop on several occasions. Not once did I feel like I was given good service much less award winning service. They're records department continues to send my information to my father's address. They have yet to send anything to my address including surveys. I've got the 6 yr 100K warranty which allows me a rental car if they keep the car longer then 8 hours. They never offer me this option of having a rental car. They lack the courtesy of calling me to let me know how long they will keep the vehicle or the status of my vehicle, I always have to call them to ask how my vehicle is coming along. I was even told if I gave them a good report on the survey form for the last time I was there and brought it in to the serviceman that he would give me a free oil change.
