    Michael King10I purchased my first Cadillac on 02/10/07 and I must say I truly love it. The sales and service department staff are Excellent and they take great pride in customer service. My driver side brake light went out on my CTS and I called the Cadillac Roadside Service Technician and he came right out to my home and replaced the bulb. I love Bud Davis Cadillac and his entire team.
    Memphis ResidentDealer is completely clueless when it comes to CTS-Vs. Service writers try to push you out and deny claims. Destroyed my paint, bad service all around. Stay away.
