The sales people are serious, low-pressured, and willing to negotiate. No gimmicks or surprises. They usually have V-series models in stock. The service advisers and managers are very willing to listen, and they are constantly learning more about the V-series models. | | Paul Ostergaard | 1 | I went to order a V in October 2005. Around Christmas I had not heard anything and went back. Salesman blamed main dealership for dropping the ball. Was willing to order me a V near sticker, possibly only a slight markup over window sticker price. I went to Tutwiler, ordered a V for well under sticker. | | Jon SWimpson | 10 | none |
