I have a Cadillac and I want to be treated like a Cadillac owner. There is simply no customer service and last time they made me pay for the loaner car... | | 2003 CTS | 7 | Much better experience than Oak Park Cadillac, but not spectacular. Last warranty job took an extra day, so I got to keep the nice 2007 Enterprise rental. Above average knowledge from the people I talked to, but was promised a newer 2004 clock cluster (2003 CTS issue) but received the car with a new 2003 cluster and it's issues. |
