Add your rank for this DealerIndividual Comments| Chris | 10 | Very friendly staff. Not a chain dealership. Owner (Vic) and owners family (Daughters and Grandsons) are actively running this business. They say hi to all of the customers when you come in for service and ask you how things are going. If there is trouble they take charge to fix the items. This goes for 100% expectation that problems are fixed and they will always take care of you. Beautiful new showroom. Bottled water, fresh baked grandma's cookies and limo service as their shuttle is just icing on the cake. Overall best car dealership I have ever dealt with. | | Obrien | 1 | They broke as many things as they repaired and fixes were usually done on the 3rd or fourth visit. Most of their repairs did no last or were not fixed properly.
Examples:
1. Rear center brake light, fixed under warranty, sill has water inside and now is dead.
2. Excessive vibration from headliner. Not only does it still make noise but they broke the clips on the rear light and when I opened the sunroof it fell on the back seat.
3. Squeal noise when first turning the steering wheel. Not fixed they said it is normal.
4. They left off most of the caps and clips when working on my car.
5. Car had some damage from hit run in parking lot. The spot where Vic Alfoso body shop painted the paint fell off. Another bodyshop told me it was due to gas expansion under the paint.
6. I told the the car had vibration and to check for any loose parts. They gave me an oil change and on that sheet the marked that the driveline was inspected. Later the same day les schwab tire center found that the driveline had lost two nuts. I almost lost the drivelne.
It stinks, I have no choice, there are no other Cadillac places in Portland.

Meanwhile LIES to me & tells me its a piece of Junk. Took him to the People Court which aired today. THe Judge saw through his SCAM 7 gave me my 3K for the amount he said he would give me originally.
