    theformer10Minor issues, but resolved quickly and professionally. Courtesy loander provided (an SRX) and good communication.
    Michael2I took my regular cts in before I had my V over a year ago and they pretty much screwed me. They had service manager wars and I got cought in the middle and it costed me around $150 out of my pocket. They would not return my phone calls and never called me, So I finally went in and they told me I needed to pay for the rental. I was told they would credit my card after I argued with them and its been over a year and no credit. Worst of all they could never fix ANY of my simple problems with the car. I now go to Bunnin Cadillac in Oxnard, CA and the service manager is cool and they get the job done!
