|Carl||10||Great Customer service. When I thought the Lifter were noisier after my oil change, they made a point to change the oil again give me a loaner. Only to find out the new 2007 they have on the lot was actually louder. No charge. Cool by me.|
|Brian||1||I've only had two problems with my V but was disgusted with service both times. First was a faulty 3rd brake light. I called, described the problem, made an appointment for repair, drove 45 minutes only to be told they would need to order part and I'd have to come back. Why would a dealership not have simple parts in stock? They even have a body shop. Second was a faulty windshield seal that required four trips to rectify. Again, part out of stock, arrived for rescheduled appt. only to be told the part wasn't in yet, third to drop off, fourth to pick up. I reset my g-meter when I dropped off the car and while in their care, someone took it out and was pulling .85+- turns. While I love the car, I doubt I'll ever buy another while I would need to rely on Delaware Cadillac for service.|
