Cadillac for repair as eng. light was on. They kept a week to repair, paid $1700 picked-up car & eng. light still on. Questioned Service Mgr he stated they only followed the Jiffy Lube diagnostic and didn't perform their own. Now want an additional $700 to fix to get light off. | | Mike | 1 | Horrible dealership to deal with. Employees treat customers like crap. Employees are completely incompetent and have no idea what they are doing. Never fix any problems correctly. Damaged other parts of vehicle and lied and stated that it was already damaged. HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP TO DEAL WITH STAY AWAY FROM THEM, GO TO SOME OTHER CADILLAC DEALERSHIP |
